Foundations is your starting point in your CrossFit
Journey where your coach will lead you every step
of the way towards achieving your goals.
You will learn:
The majority of movements used in CrossFit and how to scale appropriately
How to eat to maximize your health and performance
How to move safely with good technique
What to expect in a group class or personal training session
You will be challenged and feel successful!

8 Sessions (4 PT + 4 Nutrition)
$490 + GST 1st Month
$165 2nd/3rd Month
4 one-on-one Foundations sessions with your coach
to be used within a 28 day period
Initial consultation and health assessment and follow up
visit and weekly check ins for the first month.
Follow up and biweekly virtual check ins for the
2nd and 3rd month

Biometric testing and Inbody Scan to test muscle mass
and body fat monthly for 3 months
