This six week course is designed to build foundational upper body and core strength through gymnastics movements. Athletes will work on strengthening muscles to be able to do strict pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and handstand push-ups, and rope climbs.
Each session focuses on improving strength, technique, and control, with progressions and scaling options available for all levels. Whether you’re refining your skills or working towards your first strict pull-up or handstand push-up, this course provides the structure and support to help you achieve your goals.
Expect a balance of strength work, mobility drills, and skill development to enhance your performance in CrossFit workouts.
