Format

• Same gender and mixed gender pairs
• Tees and Tanks for all Athletes if registered on or before September 9, 2024
• Prizes for top teams in each division
• Scaled or RX Divisions.
• 3 Workouts with 1 Floater WOD.
• WODs will be both outside and inside so come prepared!
• Cost = $200 + GST per team

Movement Standards for Divisions

RX

• Athletes in this division should be able to Rx the majority of the CrossFit Open workouts

SCALED

• Athletes in this division often scale workouts in their affiliate, but occasionally can Rx workouts that have a low skill barrier.
