Caileigh McDade
Caileigh can’t wait help you achieve both your fitness and nutrition goals. If you want to lose weight, stay safe and get strong Caileigh has the training and experience to get you there. She holds her Crossfit Kids, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Coaching certificates and has a degree in kinesiology, and is a certified Strength and Conditioning coach through the NSCA. Caleigh is a co-owner of CrossFit LifeTree and has been doing CrossFit since 2013.
Caleb Woiwod
Caleb’s passion is to help you move well and often. He brings an infectious enthusiasm for the sport of CrossFit to every session you attend. Since discovering the sport in 2012 he has earned his CrossFit Level 2 and CrossFit Olympic Lifting coaches certificates and has the NCCP Weightlifting Coach certification. As a graduate from Camosun with a diploma in Sports Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Fitness Leadership he has the education and qualifications to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
Amy Chapoton
Amy is here to help you with your nutrition and your fitness. She is available for Online Coaching, Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching and loves the excitement of group classes too. She started her CF journey in the Summer of 2019 and shortly after a few months of training she knew she wanted to share the benefits of CrossFit with others. In September 2019 she obtained her CF Level 1 Coaching Certificate and has worked at CFLT since.
Rebecca Knight
Rebecca is passionate about helping others to feel healthier and happier through CrossFit training. She started CrossFit in the spring of 2019, quickly developed a love for it and knew she wanted to help others feel the same way about working out. Rebecca has her CrossFit Level 1 certificate and is currently working on her degree in Kinesiology. No matter what age or fitness level you are, Rebecca strives to make the gym a fun and positive environment to help you become stronger and healthier in all areas of your life.
Tracey Woiwod
Tracey understands your desire to stay strong as you age whether you are 19 or 79. As a masters athlete and a fitness coach for 10 years she is committed to helping you develop a lifelong love for healthy eating and physical training by bringing laughter and fun into every session. After discovering CrossFit in 2013 she obtained her CrossFit Level 2 coaching certificate,and is one of the co-owners of CrossFit LifeTree.
Liz Lyon
Liz will help your kids get fit, gain confidence, learn new skills and have fun in the process. She has her CF Level 1 coaching certificate, CF Kids coaching certificate and has completed the Brand X Kid’s coaching course. Liz is also the Adaptive CrossFit coach and loves to train athletes with intellectual and physical limitations to help them reach success and maximize their health and fitness.
Mark Woiwod
Mark will help you get started on your CrossFit journey in our Foundations program. He will help you learn the movements and uncover your potential while moving safely. Mark went from the couch to CrossFit in 2013 by following in his son Caleb and wife Tracey’s footsteps. Mark has his CrossFit Level 1 coaching certificate,and is one of the co-owners of CrossFit LifeTree.
