Is gaining strength your primary goal for starting our program?
Starting an exercise program can be scary so we created a program that is fun, strength based, varied intensity and effective. You don’t need any prior experience to join this program and everything we do is scalable and adaptable to regardless of your limitations.
Classes Days and Times:
- Tuesday and Thursday 7 pm
- Monday – Saturday 8:30 am each week
- Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday – CrossFit Lite Programing
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday – Strength and Conditioning Programing
Cost:
- 5 classes per month (1x per week) $85 + GST
- 9 class per month (2x per week) $149 + GST
- 13 classes per month (3x per week) $169 + GST
- 17 classes per month (4x per week) $195 + GST
- Drop in and try a class $21 + GST
